Information we may collect
If an enquiry form is connected to an approved backend, we would expect to collect the name, work email, organization, role, and enquiry details a visitor chooses to share, together with basic campaign attribution such as UTM parameters and referring URL.
How information would be used
Enquiry information would be used only to respond to the enquiry and to arrange a workplace wellbeing conversation. Visitors are asked not to include private employee health information.
Current status
No enquiry data is currently collected, transmitted, or stored. The enquiry form is switched off until a form backend and privacy process are intentionally connected.
Storage, retention and sharing
